Tuition Reimbursement: A financial assistance program established as an employee benefit, to help Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) current employees further their education. The program's intent is to expand the employee's knowledge, skills, and abilities, and thereby, enhance job performance, value to the organization, and access to career opportunities within the organization. HRC will reimburse up to 50% of cost (maximum $5,000 per year).
Participation in Professional Trade Organizations: HRC will pay all reasonable costs required to be incurred by professional employees in order to maintain their licensures as professionals only if they are employed by HRC to perform in their licensed capacity. Costs may include but not limited to educational courses, license fees & dues required to maintain membership in professional organizations or associations.
